Privacy Notice

Fabrica Studio is a platform in development operated by Davina Empire SRL. This notice covers the public coming-soon page and its early access list.

Early access details

If registration is enabled and you join, we collect your email address, optional name and creative interest, and your separate choice about marketing updates. We use these details to manage the list and tell you when early access becomes available.

Your choices

Joining the list requests early access notifications on the basis of your consent. The separate marketing checkbox is optional and is never selected in advance. You may withdraw your marketing choice or ask to leave the list at any time by contacting us.

Storage and retention

The deployed list, when enabled, is stored with Cloudflare. Registrations are removed automatically 365 days after sign-up, or earlier if you request removal. Joining the list does not create a platform account.

Security and spam prevention

The registration endpoint validates submissions and uses rate limits and short-lived anti-spam signals. A rotating, hashed connection identifier is used for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored in the registration database. These signals protect the form and are not used for advertising profiles. We do not sell your registration details.

Cookies and tracking

This page does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics or non-essential cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process connection information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Your data rights and contact

You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your details, and raise questions about their use. Contact Davina Empire SRL at davinaempire2025@gmail.com.

You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority, including Romania’s ANSPDCP. This notice will be updated as the platform develops.
